Tried DNS Flush and all the things previously mentioned in past post.
Having the same issue as well.
same issue.
Same issue … tried logging in from a Mac and PC to the same stuck Retrieving character list.
Same issue here. Tried everything from removing cache and addons, to launching on new computer, flushing my DNS, rebooting my modem and nothing is working.
same here, endlessly retrieving
I have 3 accounts, 2 are stuck on the retrieving character list, and 1 account can log in. Everything is on the same machine / network / addons, etc
Same issue, tried all kinds of things I saw on google but no luck
Another thread a blue poster said it’s being looked in to
Blue Post on Customer Support thread.
Yeah, experiencing the same issue here. Hopefully we’ll get an answer after they look into things.
Same Error.
The error seems to be account wide as I was able to log into my second account with no problem.
Im guessing you meant to say does not seem to be account wide, however, I don’t think there is much rhyme or reason as to why its some people and not others. I have 2 accounts as well, WoW1 and WoW2 and I cannot log in to either of them getting the same “Retrieving Character List” message and it just spins
Mine are also on different battle.net accounts.
Makes more sense then, mine are on the same one
Since patch came live I am stuck in that message on character list screen. I´ve tried repairing and removing addons with no success. Other friends are online without problems.
I have the same problem.
I have a problem logging in with my 2 main characters. It goes to the loading screen but then returns me to character selection and a “Character not found” message appears. Please help!!
Is anyone else getting stuck at “Retrieving Character List” on just one account? I’ve been staring at this screen forever. I logged into a different account with no issues, so it seems specific to my main account. With the maintenance for Patch 11.1.5 going on today (April 22, 2025, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM PDT), do we think this could be related? Has anyone had this happen from maintenance before, and did it resolve after servers came back up? Any tips or workarounds?
