I’ve tried everything up to and including uninstalling and reinstalling the game (so no addons or anything) and I still cannot get passed this quest. I’v done it over and over hoping each time that it would go through. Please help!
What can I do? I put in a ticket but they have a 2 day wait time, that defeats the whole point of early access

The quest name is Rupture. It’s the one where you rescue the rogues in the sewer of dalaran and bring them out by the bank. I’m stuck in that little area by the bank.
I haven’t seen any other reports at the moment, but I’d recommend posting in the Bug Report forum. Provide what character, the quest name, what happens and at what point. Our QA team is actively collecting reports and working on various hotfixes.
It isn’t something that Customer support can really assist with.

I should note, that even reinstalling the game might not remove a corrupted addon/file, so it might not be a bad idea to try resetting your User Interface and make sure you are using the default UI.
