I cannot log in. The first three times I tried logging in I got dc’d after about 60 seconds. I got past that finally and now I’m stuck on retrieving character.
If staying logged off the affected character(s) for about 30 minutes does not correct the issue, then you can use the automated service here on the website to have the system relocate your character to a safer location.

Just hit CONTINUE to go to the page listing your characters. Then choose the affected character and it will automatically be moved.
Just be aware it can take a few minutes for the page to load as it has to populate a list of all your characters.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to get resolution through the automated stuck character service, then you will need to submit a ticket (via link below). Be sure to inform them that the automated service is not working for you.
