Stuck in Legion Highmountain instance

Character has been stuck for an hour now in Highmountain legion invasion instance. Not grouped, floating above the ground. Deleted cache, WTF, and interface folders several times. Not in a group either. Can't use the stuck feature because it says I am moving. This has been a bug for quite a while just never happened to me. Miss the old GM ticketing system the new automated one isn't the best way to fix issues.

Just to be certain, the Unable to Move option below is giving you the error that your're moving? That's a new one for me!

Try this, ALT-F4 then wait about 30 minutes and see if the instance drops you.
Just going to wait until the invasion is over. Every time I log back in I am back flying to the platform to get stuck again. If you Google it there is post after post about this bug.

To which a couple workarounds have been provided for you to take advantage of. Bugs are not fixed at the snap of a finger.

Already tried one of the work around's. Will wait until the invasion is over. It's been stuck for 2 hours total is hardly a snap of a finger.

If you think that and are confident, they might be hiring.

Click Careers at the bottom.

I imagine they'd love your insight on a bug that affects a marginal handful of players rather than the entire playerbase.

Thx, put in a web ticket. 3 hours still stuck.
So is it the Character Stuck option (which is the one available in game via the Help menu) OR is it the automated Unable to Move option that Perl linked at the start of this thread that is giving you the issue?

Character stuck option in game does not work. It says my character is moving since I am floating above the ground.

I submitted a ticket, so will just have to wait.

But if you just use the link that Perl provided earlier and click "Unable to Move" that is an automated process that is instant. No need to wait on a ticket. It will show you a list of your characters once you click the "Unable to Move" option and you just need to choose the one that needs to move.
Happen to me on my Dwarf Hunter. just after landing was stuck about 10 feet in the air. I left the instance and tried it again and the same thing happened. I just let the other players complete it and I was then able to turn it.
Just happened to me as well. A Blue replied to a similar thread today on the eu forums, but I couldnt follow up on that because I dont have an EU character. Kept getting kicked by people because I get stuck off the eagle on zone in. Pretty ridiculous.

Try resetting you UI using https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549
If you are still having this issue, you would need to file a bug report in the Bug Report forum. QA does not take bug reports from the Customer Support forum and the SFAs here are not liaisons with them.
