My character Khalerys on the realm Medivh is currently stuck in the garrison area of Draenor where I keep disconnecting instantly each time I log in on her. I need her removed from that area so I can play her.
If staying logged off the affected character(s) for about 30 minutes does not correct the issue, then you can use the automated service here on the website to have the system relocate your character to a safer location.

Just hit CONTINUE to go to the page listing your characters. Then choose the affected character and it will automatically be moved.
Just be aware it can take a few minutes for the page to load as it has to populate a list of all your characters.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to get resolution through the automated stuck character service, then you will need to submit a ticket (via link below). Be sure to inform them that the automated service is not working for you.
