I recently converted a horde Demon Hunter (the character I am posting this on) from a timerunner to a regular character but I am stuck in an alternate phase of Orgrimmar. Saurfang is standing on the steps to the keep with a large crowd of NPCs standing out in front, the keep doors are open, and there are no quests in the area, inside the keep, or outside the gates. I have no quests in my quest log and I can’t seem to get out of the phase no matter what I do.
have you enabled tracking for low level quests?

Yes, I have and still see none. I can see quest markers on the map but there are no quests at the locations marked.
Have u checked the warboard or chromie on the off chance.

I wonder if this is a bug that led the devs to turn off converting timerunners to normal Retail character, so they don’t get a bunch of characters trapped in a halfway phase and require extra work to correct.
I am also stuck like this. Based on my research, Saurfang is standing there saying what he is saying when you are on https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40976/audience-with-the-warchief. But when I check to see if I have completed this quest, it says I have.
Also having this issue. Bumping in the hopes that it gets fixed
bumping won’t fix it. posting your issue in bug reports can help get it fixed.

That is strange, Vanrindra. Looking at the phase you are in, assuming I am reading this right, you should be at the quest for the Battle for Broken Shore, but you appear to have up through “In the Blink of an Eye” done.
If I find a workaround I’ll let you know, but I would submit a bug report in the Bug Report forum or through the in-game interface if you haven’t already so our QA team can take a look.

Im having the same problem, all alone in Ogrimmar after changing my timerunner.
I didn’ t do battle for azeroth, i skipped it. When i went back to see Magni in sillithus, he doesn’t give the quest back. With my Demon hunter ( Demonter)
I’m having the exact same issue on my Demon Hunter called Huntrx.
Not sure why it shows me level 10 here, I’m level 80. 
Just happened to me too on my own DH.
The battle for Broken Shore appears on my map, but the NPC isn’t there to do it.
same issue, stuck in phased orgrimmar !!!
I don’t know if this will work but Vrak helped someone the other day who was stuck in a weird phase by having a low level invite them to a group, then turn on party sync to pull them out of the phase. Might be worth a try, but also might be a completely different issue.
