Followed Blizzards recommendation of using the Character Stuck service - unfortunately the web page for this just infinitely spins and never resolves. When I try to manually create a ticket I just get forcibly redirected to the character stuck service that… does not work.
When you create a ticket, you’ll need to include within the ticket that the self service is down, and the character that is stuck. Otherwise they will redirect you to the self service page.

That didn’t work. Mentioning self-service was not working still results in a “I still need help” button leading to the infinite spinner of the character stuck service.
oh i thought i was the only one… with this… loading loop.
Stuck in a perm stunned state due to same game tick heal from emergancy supplies brann uses and dieing at the same time oddly revives the player in a bugged state.
If stuck within an instance, if you exit the game, and wait about 15 minutes, it can reset your character and place the character outside the instance. I think the same also applies for Delves as well.

its different i used the follower dungeon to move me out of underpin ?? still stunned, leaving the dungeon still stunned, got killed by other player still stunned the only thing i seem can do is talk to npcs. The problem is the stuck service tool is down and seemed to be for over 18-20hrs by now.
Edit: logging off for abit then logging back on seems to corrected it

It has been over 24h with no change in behavior when I attempt to log into the character.
Have you tried to use the move service in the last few hours - since restarts?

Oh awesome, looks like the character stuck service is back online. I was able to request a move from the web application and I’ll follow up when I get home to my game client.
