Stuck Character - Stuck Character Service not working

My character is stuck in the air in Vashj’ji and I have tried the stuck character option 5 times with no success even when it tells me the ticket is resolved.
Please fix as your own service will not fix the problem. Character is Jarrek on Caelestrasz

try deleting the wft folder then login and see if your character shows offline if so then retry the self help option. It that don’t work put in a ticket from that page it goes into a higher priority queue.

What is the WFT folder and where do i find it. IM also having the same issue character stuck service is not working and they keep resolving my ticket with no help

The problem is the queue is 16 days long - at least for me. I just made a thread about this and have tried everything I can find.

To clarify, its WTF (Warcraft Text Folder/File), and part of a full ui reset.

In the old days each wow install was it’s own folder, now retail, classic, ptr and beta share some data in a complete wow install, but each has it’s own unique folder and settings.

is there a self-help option anymore? My character was stuck 2 days ago and you used to be able to get yourself moved to a graveyard - now it appears a blizzard person has to move you. The same thing happened to me as OP but I was able to use my hearthstone.

There is, but in some cases it seems to be failing.

the 3 option is the one to try and move your character. Then there is option to open a ticket if none of those steps work.

there used to be an ingame thing you could click on and it would move your character - now you click on that you don’t get self serve. I have played the game for over 10 years and have always used the same process - the process changed…

You used to be able to type /stuck, it would either send you to a graveyard or use your hearthstone, it only works if you can stay logged in. Some of the newer falling through the earth problems either could not use that because you kept moving, or most likely disconnect you.
