The spirit stops moving at 54, 30.

We really can’t help here. The most we can do is refer you to Wowhead where you can search the quest in the search bar and then click on comments section. You may find some helpful data by reading those comments.

The only solution others provided were to abandon and pray the spirit does not get stuck.
Reloading with no addons sounds like you may have simply disabled them, but if they were the cause of any ruckus that wouldn’t reverse it.
You can try giving a UI Reset a shot, but other than that, Glaivetoss is correct. We won’t be much help here if the NPC is getting caught on something.
Can a blizzard support help? Or is this a player-help-player only forum?
Or have any players found a workaround?
Blizzard has oversight here, but not game masters. It is primarily a player-to-player venue for account- and billing-related issues, yes. Sometimes some may wish to include information for other topics if they wish, but that is entirely at their discretion.
You may have better luck asking in the Quests forum. Or seeing if others have had similar situations in the Bug Reports forum. Some players tend to post workarounds there.
Are you still flying at all though?
I got stuck with Torcali not moving as well and found that if I flew at all it bugged out, but if I stayed completely on the ground from the moment I accepted the quest, it worked.
On this character, Eatgrass? Looking at it, you appear to have recently completed “A Loa without a Temple”, as well as the follow up “A Show of Faith” and “Sleep, Eat, Repeat”.
As I understand it, you should need to do 7 dailies before being able to pick up “The Wanderer’s Call”.
Yes! my solution :
Do not relog.
Do not abandon quest.
Go back to great seal and fly to Kraal, then fly to Torcali’s first portal.
Go through the portal and then go to the second one at STV (spoiler oops)
Go to un goro and see if the spirit moves. If not, repeat. Go back to great seal and fly to the first portal… I just kept cycling through when my hearthstone was up and eventually it moved.
Note, add-ons and flying did not matter. When it at last got unbugged I was flying at my fastest …

Just for clarification, did you reset your UI to default or just disable your addons? That does make a difference since many elements of the addons remain and can continue to cause an issue.
