Help!
I cannot start the questline “The Zanchuli Council”. I have already finished the previous ones “Portents and Prophecies” and “Port of Zandalar”.
What am I missing? I’ve checked wowhead.com, but I am still clueless. I have already spoken with the king.

You also have to do the Zanchuli Council quests with Loti and Raal before the Warport Rastari questline is available.

You should have picked up the starter quest at the same time you picked up the starters for “Portents and Prophecies” and “Port of Zandalar.” You may want to look through the quest chain to see if you are part way through it.
Resolved! I had to finished another zone.
what did you do because im stuck at the same place
I am stuck too. I have the first 2 done and cannot ever find what to do to work on warport rastari. Been trying for over a year. Thanks for any help.
As far as I can tell, from going to a zillion locations, I can’t find anything to do. I wish I’d find someone to talk to that would give me a quest or a hint.
If you are doing the quests on a high level character, make sure you have trivial quest tracking turned on. (It’s one of the options under the magnifying glass on the minimap.) In many cases, a big exclamation point will show up on your world map showing you where to pick up questlines. (But you’ll only see it in zones you outlevel with the low level tracking on.)
What parts of the Zulazaar achievement show as completed? What was the last quest you remember doing?
I have done Potents and Prophecies and Port of Zandalar in the Throne of Zulduzar Questline. and I do have Trivial Quests checked. I would like to get Warport of Rastari and contine on to get Zandalar Forever! completed to be able to get the race. Thx.
You’ll need to finish “The Zanchuli Council” part of the storyline before you can get the Warport Rastari quests.
That storyline starts from Yazma at the Golden Throne with “The Zanchuli Council.” Here’s a wowhead for the next quest in the chain, which shows the whole chain. If Yazma doesn’t have the starter quest, it’s possible you started the chain but didn’t finish, so walking through the quests should help you find your place.
Yazma does not interact with me except to call me horde filth. I have been running around like this for so long. I wish I could locate where I should be.
Yesterday I found a 40 minute walk through of the whole questline. No matter where he went, and I went too, I never found anything at any of the places for me to do.
What is the character and realm you are trying to do it on? I should have some time tomorrow to poke around with the Wowhead profiler.

It looks like you may not have finished the quests for picking a Loa. (Paku or Gonk.) The “pick” quest is showing as completed, but neither of the followups or the quest that sends you back to Rastikan are shown as completed.
Head up to the top of the Zanchul Temple and see if Loti or Raal has one of the following quests for you:
Gonk, Lord of the Pack
Pa’ku, Master of Wind
Only one of them wil be available depending on what you did when you completed Picking A Side.
If you can’t find either of those quests, it’s possible that those quests aren’t showing completion properly in Wowhead (as you can change your Loa later on, they may not flag as complete, even when done.) If that’s the case, see if you can pick up the final quest in the chain The Bargin is Struck. (The link will show you where you should be able to pick it up.)
Our internet was out all day til just now. I will try to see that but I recently talked to someone, not sure who, that let me change so I went Gonk, then switched back to Paku, I’ll look again but Loti and Raal have nothing to say to me.
For Picking a Side I typed the line in to see if I had done it. /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(47438)) came back true.
Also, when I go to Paku and jump he doesn’t even notice, just lets me die lol.
Yeah, picking a side was showing as complete. What about “The Bargin is Struck?” At what point did you swap your loa? Right after the quest, or later on?
I did not play this toon for a year or more, not sure. Mostly I play alliance. Whatever I finished was awhile ago and I have no memory of what or when I did these things. But I know that a few days ago I found some way to change your loa and I did then changed it back. Changing it did not cause any quests to show up.
i just went in on Jyngo and put this in chat line /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(47432)) and it came back false this time.
The last time I did that it came back true. and King Rastakhan still won’t talk to me.
