It seems as if “The Bargin is Struck” is probably the sticking point for starting the Warport Rastari quests. Check the bottom of the pyramid (the location is shown on the wowhead map for the quest) to see if Raal has the quest for you.
If not, something might have gotten bugged out with the Loa swap. In that case, your best bet is to put in a ticket.
In that case, first I’d verify that you have access to the special ability of the Loa you’ve chosen. Make sure to specify in your ticket that it’s working. Also tell them you did the Loa swap and back. Then, say that you aren’t getting credit for “The Bargin is Struck” and you can’t pick it up.
Put the ticket in on the character you’re having the issue with. Be aware that the first response sometimes doesn’t quite get things right. If that’s the case, there should be a button for something along the lines of “I still need help.”
I did the loa switch because nothing was working, then I went back. I did put in a ticket but they never help with quests, they gave me some links is all.
Where is the special ability of the Loa?
Also I only see altars of Bwonsamdi and Alunda.

There are totems around the zone (mostly around Dazar’alor) that give some movement bonuses. (You’ll only see them if you’ve picked that loa.) For Gonk, running by one gives you a speed boost and decreases fall damage. For Pa’ku, you click on them and get a quick flight to another part of the zone.
Make sure you specifically say that the quest has bugged out for you, which can help get them past the “GM can’t give game hints” answers.
I never see any totems. I did them that I have been stuck for a long time and please help me to move on.
If you can’t pick up any of the quests listed in my earlier post, it seems as if something on the character is bugged. Only a GM can help with that.
