Stuck at sub renewal

updated my card info a couple of weeks ago… however it clearly didn’t update my sub…

so re-subbing now and stuck on this screen for 15mins:

“Please wait while we take care of some business”

doing this within the battle.net app btw.

If you haven’t already, try completely removing the payment method card info from the wallet, re-add it as a fresh card entry and try resubscribing again.

Go to the website instead.

Click the “games and subscriptions” section of your account management page

click manage next to your WoW account that previously had the sub and cancel it there if you see it

add card as payment profile before attempting to resub

The above helped me get around this ^ If you are stuck on the loading thing, try a different browser.

hmm… well… this is disturbing.

I backed out of the “Please wait while we take care of some business” screen… and noticed that the message below the play button was gone.

So I logged in.

No issues. I’m in :thinking:

Usually, should we be seeing a confirmation of sub and payment?

check your email in that case, but it might be processing. Can check in your transaction history.

purchase is done on my account page.

Something Blizzard needs to fix on the battle.net app me thinks!
