Stuck at starter edition for my second region

Hi I bought shadowland epic pack for my tw region and it is still stuck at starter edition. Than I thought I need previous edition so I bought one more pack and I am still stuck at starter edition.

And I try to reset password as mention in one of the support article and I am still stuck at starter edition.

And in the pack it include game time I didn’t get that too. Than I check my transaction history the two transaction is completed and also on my credit card it is already be deducted.

Please help thanks!

Digital purchases cant take up to 72hrs to fully process as long as you have game time you should be able to lvl past 20.

Only fully upgrading to the epic edition gives you game time you still need game time.
