Stuck at retrieving character list

Just tried to login and I’m stuck retrieving character list. Is anyone else experiencing this? Only started after server restarts.

Usually happens because of rush on logins after downtime, should clear up after login queue shortens and connected servers stabilize.

I was able to login without issue before maintenance, but still unable to after servers came back up.

This is a new one for me. Hopefully, there’s a fix soon.

Ditto. I usually am able to log in quickly on reset. Not today.

I can’t even close it down like can’t make it go back using the back button on the screen now …something is wrong…I have to ctrl alt del to get task manger up to shut it down to try and relog.

Was getting character not found, now it just hangs at retrieving character screen.

Yeah same. I had to force close in Task Manager.

You can also use ALT-F4 to close.

Are we actually back from maintenance?

Until then, all bets should be considered “off”.

We know but it shouldn’t like that now …your suppose to use the back button to shut it down …
