Stuck at "logging into game server"

Yeah I’m able to log into wow with a VPN, it’s just frustrating because the connection isn’t very stable and I have to raid on reset day. Hopefully it’s fixed before then.

I made a post on Reddit about this and got DM’d from someone, just putting it here to add to what’s going on-

“having the same issue trying to log into EU while playing from NA. it’s gotta be an authentication server issue because i’ve tried about every fix online i could find and nothing changes. it’s been 11 hours since it started.”

Been at this for several hours. Playing from Vietnam on Wild Growth NA. VPN works but becomes unstable after a little while.

Woke up this morning and still cannot log into the game. Wonderful.

me too i wish some sort of customer service could reply and give us some sort of an idea
of what is going on

This forum is for peer-to-peer troubleshooting, blues rarely pop in here to provide updates. Their teams and processes changed last March.

From a few tests in other threads, it looks like Twelve99 is having issues in their network, and not delivering data to Blizzard’s servers.

I’m in Hong Kong playing on US servers and I cant logon to the game or http://us.battle.net/ website for 2 days.

I’m from Hong Kong too. Have you tried using vpn to log in the game?

It’s said that using vpn can solve the problem. I’m wondering if I should buy one. I hope the issue’s just temporary.

VPN does work yes, but I’m using a free one so the service is not exactly the best. I’m also considering if I need to buy a VPN just to play wow…

Also from SE Asia and cant log in been like this for 3 days now.

Just got off the phone with HK Broadband and they tried their best to contact blizz to fix it, but they got no reply.

I suppose the best we can do is send in support tickets to try to get them to pay attention. I just sent one in, and I’m asking for you all to do the same if you haven’t already.

There isn’t anything that will achieve other than slow down the system for others they could actually help.

Your provider needs to contact Twelve99, not Blizzard. Blizzard doesn’t control the internet.

Its also only 130am PDT which is where Blizzard is. Your broadband provider definitely wouldn’t be able to get a hold of anyone there.

Found this email for Twelve99’s tech support, shot them an email and hopefully you guys can do the same.

I am from HK and got this problem too. I am using Navigator…

Apparently HKBN got a fix I’ll test it out later today
