Stuck and Disconnecting

WoW Classic – Mankrik – Horde. Woosta. Level 77 Undead Rogue.

I am stuck falling through the terrain in Storm Peaks. I instantly disconnect when logging into that character. 23 hours ago, I tried the unstuck service. Did not work. 30 minutes ago, I tried the service again. Did not work. Deleted cache folder, tried repairing, and re-installing. Does not work.

I opened a ticket, but the queue is 16 days long. I cannot find anything or anyone to help me with this issue.

I want to play this character today, not in 16 days.

What do I need to do?

Wait on ur ticket unfortunately tho deleting the cache wont fix it u need to delete wtf and interface folders as well.

Looks like a GM moved you to Orgrimmar - is this still an issue?

I am also stuck for two days now. Auto unstuck option is not working.

Same thing with me I was leveling my mage Wormfeast-Anub’arak and got to lvl 66 and while flying the dragon mount around dragon isles i hit a mountain (ran out of gas) and as i was slowly descaling the mountainside i dc’d and have been unable to log back in on him when i try he’s stuck in what looks like under map terrain. I tried many times to use the character stuck support option but i can’t even seem to get to the option of choosing a character to get unstuck. Very frustrating!

This happened to me yesterday while mining an ore node in Waking Shores. I found a fix that worked.
