Anyone else not get the trinket from Strunraan but the world quest completed? Kinda pissed i needed that 395.

If you found a bug, then report it in the aptly named Bug Report Forum so that the people who fi such things can see it. They do not come here, nor are the Blizzard posters here, liaison to them.
Was a trinket listed as a reward for the world quest? I remember rep and gold, but not a gear item.

Weekly world bosses have a chance to drop the gear, but only a chance. If you don’t get the gear you will get gold instead.
The trinket is not a guaranteed drop.

No trinket reward was listed. It was showing 970-ish gold as a reward.
Like most mobs, its not a 100% droprate on the loot table. Could take you 20 kills to get it to drop or more, or you could get it in one.
