Howdy folks. Just within the last twenty mins, something weird happened and I have no idea where to report this to.
Sitting on this bank alt, Pixels on Wyrmrest Accord about 2200 EST, and I had a notification of receiving 450 tenders randomly. I’ve already collected everything for this month so needless to say I was really confused. Then I got another notification of receiving 450 tenders. Then shortly after, another. For three notifications total.
I ran to the trading post and my total had indeed gone up roughly that amount.
I couldn’t find an appropriate section in-game for a ticket for this. I haven’t put in a ticket manually in a number of years so everything is different than I remember. I just wanted to see if anyone had any insight on where to report this to? Thank you.
It sounds like adjustments to your total in the backend, you might be able to track said adjustments in account management.

Thank you so much for the response. I did buy some things from the trading post earlier today on another character, three things for 450 tenders, and another for 500. That page does show these deductions.
But from what I can tell, the trading post sets I bought earlier are still in my collection. So it’s like I got a refund on the tenders but still kept the items?

Just popping back in to say that I’m still not sure what happened, but checking my tender total at the trading post, everything remedied itself and it’s back to what it was. All is well.
