Yeah. That’s what I was talking about. Not pathfinder for the isles

Oh, is it a “Pathfinder” thing? If so, it must not be difficult to unlock, if I could do it. I’m pretty inept.

Yeah, the Pathfinder achievement only unlocks static flying for Dragonflight but the Dragonriding mounts can’t toggle to the static flying option, you have to use an ‘old’ mount in order to do it.

I thought I read that they’d be adding an option to toggle it between static and Dragonflying eventually, but as of right now the “Dragonriding” mounts can’t do old world static flying. They only have one speed and it’s maximum zoom!

It’s coming with the newest expansion actually.

I can’t wait to ride my gryphons again. And still go zoom.

Wildhammer on a dragon just doesn’t feel as comfortable.

Druid flight form. Raven.

All I got to say.

I don’t really RP but ALL of my gryphons have special TRP nameplates because I love them so much. :face_holding_back_tears:

I can’t wait until Blizzard gives them zoomage powers for peak Wildhammer goodness!

Just let them die a few times. This is really easy on older content, which has a lot of stuns and other crowd-control that you can’t ignore. People that short-sighted need to suffer a little until a little lightbulb goes off in their tiny lizard brains.

This “pull everything and run to the boss” logic is going to lead to another case of Cataclysm Heroics. And I can’t wait to feast on all those tears.

My Human Paladin uses a Gryphon that goes zoom.

That Gryphon that came with The War Within pre purchase!

(I am aware not everyone prepurchases for various reasons)

None of my Horde Characters have any use for it, of course.

Not to go off on a Faction Bias tangent… but this is what happens in “neutral” content. Basically means “don’t even try to fit the Horde into Alliance content, they should just be lucky to play in World of Alliance-craft”

Flew to Gilneas to hunker down in an attempt to fish up Lord Godfrey’s Old Spectacles. I started a Youtube video and everything expecting to be there fishing for a while… but then got them in two or three casts!

So much for leveling my Classic fishing at the same time…

Woke up today to realize I have the flu. I know this from my symptoms and because my cousin had the flu for a week. We kept good distance except for the other day where he hung out in my room, coughing too close to me. Now that he’s recovered from it, I have it. Flummery.

I realize I haven’t posted any updates in awhile about me catching up with the MCU. My cousin has been burnt out, but we’ve still been watching, just at a slower pace, in between watching the Xmen movies. That’s a stellar group of movies with a couple duds. The New Mutants deserved an extra thirty minutes, to give more backstory and include more involvement from characters that were underutilized. If there’s any mutant I want in the MCU, it’s Magik.

Got around to finishing Jessica Jones season 2, which got better with the second half. What I like is that there’s not really a villain, just people who have issues that need to be fixed (though Jeri is an awful person albeit amusing). The scientist was just trying to help people, and her mom had issues caused by her mental state. The end of the season made the funny line, with great power comes great mental illness, a serious tagline for the season as a whole, something reflective and somber. I also love that the leather jacket got a backstory, which played an important part along with understandable sentimental value.

We watched season 2 of Luke Cage too, which is so much better than the first. Got a better villain and much better fight scenes. The season as a whole is full of stuff every episode, with some scenes deserving of awards for the acting done in them. The ending wrapped up the show nicely, leaving me satisfied. I’m hoping for a Heroes For Hire show now, which the showrunner said he already has an outline for.

Whelp, back to being a worgen. Now to wait for the forums to catch up again :stuck_out_tongue:

Also set my hearth to Gilneas, because at the end of the day, as mad as I am about how the quest went down, I’m not going to let blizz ruin my fun.

Gonna work on my worgen profile I think though.

Good.

You remembered to grab the Gilneas specific hearthstone/flower thing? Apparently, it’s a worgen only toy.

Just got trolled in a random dungeon. Group leader kicked me from the group, thus preventing me from getting loot… now because I wasn’t willing to stick around, I’m a “deserter.”

Yeah, I remembered, got teary eyed because it was at Liams grave. But I have it. And you know what, it’s all good.

Gilneas is ours again and if blizz rebuilds it, that would be great. I can even forgive them for the shoddy questline if gilneas becomes a fully realized city again

I’ve had similar happen in an LFR. I died during a boss and got kicked from the group. I had to wait the entire fight before I could leave. Since I got kicked, I didn’t get the loot. But since I was there it still counted as me defeating the boss and I had to wait a whole week before I could get loot from it again.

This one kicked me just before the first boss fight began, I was the tank…

No loot, no tank.

If it’s a consultation , that group probably fell apart shortly after. Groups like that are doomed to fail

I’m just annoyed… I know there’s not a lot of tanks/healers and a ton of dps… so figured worse that happens is I get some rushers that can’t handle not zooming and constantly play catch up… instead I get a 30minute timeout for not putting up with being kicked from the group because I didn’t have as many ways of keeping up with them.

I also feel bad for the not toxic people. I know I’m not the best tank… but I’m trying… monks are a piano class… which is different from the scattergram roulette of my Enhancement Shaman… which my brain is just yes please we will do this.

Fishing expert Alynsa here!!

Gilneas, at least around the city hub, counts as Dragonflight fishing. For reasons.

If you wish to level Classic fishing while doing fun things, then I would suggest going to the Northern Barrens around the Wailing Caverns entrance. Murder things to clear the area around it, then fish in the oasis for Deviate Fishes. Murder things on respawn to get the Deviate Fishes cooking recipe. If you also haven’t leveled cooking, no worries!! The fishes you catch between deviate fishes can be used to level cooking up to 85, the minimum to cook the Deviate Fishes!!

Now you can be a ninja!!

Good. Karebear Worgo is something that makes you happy. Do not let Blizzard’s poor quest chain ruin everything else around being a fun worgo.

Even those people tend to be more patient or at least self-interested than that. Finding a new tank can often take longer than running the entire dungeon.

Screw those people. I’ll take a newbie tank who isn’t overestimating themselves any day. At worst, I might start pulling things to you slowly, to put a bit more pressure on you to show that you can handle it.

But that is because I am a patient and kind healing goddess, bringing glowing golden peace and serenity to those I view kindly.
