Considered a Shaman Earthen. My mage is reserved for Drakthyr class options opening up in 11.0.5; gotta get them sweet blue dragon vibes.

These are my two choices as well! I was thinking a Mage because the thought of a Runeweaver type Earthen would be neat, but the Mountain Thane Hero talents for Warrior also sound super fun and on-brand. :thinking:

Shaman is so fitting! I really love the look of their totems!

I’m just a sucker for a tank.

Even if I only PvP on them, I like the idea of being ABLE to tank.

I think I’m going to go with Horde Paladin Earthen, troll warlock, dark iron warrior, and my dwarf monk.

Some people might say that’s a little heavy on the dwarves, but those people are COWARDS.

I may still change my mind though. I’m nothing if not fickle about alts.

Probably won’t play them but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how interesting the side quests made them.

I initially was kinda turned off by the Earthern in the campaign quests as they seemed way less interesting than just normal Dwarves. But the side stories in Dorn and the Deeps flesh them out pretty well, no pun intended.

I particularly like how they know when they’re dying and aim to strike a pose for it. Makes we want to die in a position designed specifically to baffle archeologists of the future.

I disliked them until I went back and did more side quests.

I really really feel like some of the side quest flavor should have been baked into the MSQ more.

Zoro would be proud

The Mike Mignolia Murlocks are genuinely giving me a few shades of the creeps.

They’re kinda scary. Besides the aforementioned “attacking npcs on the ground” thing, I also just had an incident doing dailies where I saw an interactable Arathi on his own doing the choking animation so I ran up to rescue him… And BAM, people eating frog monster. Used the human as bait and it 100% worked on me.

I love it.
