I feel bad for Ukraine, and I also feel bad for the innocent Russians that want nothing to do with this.
There are Russian dudes younger than me being forced to fight. Heck, people protesting against the war are being conscripted.
I believe there is an old saying that goes back to Czarist Russia that I am paraphrasing here. It goes something like :
“A Russian soldier fights with both a barrel in his face and a barrel at his back.”
The atrocities committed by the Russian army in Ukraine have really taken a toll on me lately. I feel powerless to stop what is happening and just watch on with shock and horror.
This is a war on women and children… for oil.

The type of people I referred to are those who would only play the game to see characters like Anduin and Jaina interact with people they have relationships with and would probably harass anyone who’s a fan of characters that have been mean to their favorites. They’d also cheer on things like Jaina and Kalec being together, and while I like that pairing they would incessantly make sure you know that they think it’s the best ever.
I don’t need to go to school to know both women or men can be crappy.
But if you want to live in that fantasy of man bad you do you.

oh yeah I understand now, yeah i deal with fanons in the Sylvanas fanbase who pair her with jaina, but they are not as loud as other fanons from other fanbases. the Sylvania fanon is just quietly ignoring everything about Warcraft. They are living the dream, even canon has been garbage, and I prefer my fanon.
The WoW Fandom has its problems but it’d be dire if there were a significant amount of people fawning over Baine giving Anduin part of his horn.

No I’m not making a euphemism, Baine literally gave Anduin a part of his horn in Before The Storm after Sylvanas said they couldn’t be friends anymore.
If any horns are ever found on the BMAH that’d be our answer.
Which reminds me, why wasn’t the BMAH moved to Oribos? Brokers would love to get items from there.

This made me laugh. Sylvanas the big meaning told a cow he can’t be best buddies with a minor anymore.
Only for her to become best friends with said minor.
Maybe Baine is just mad she stole his bestie.

Yeah it’s one of several bizarre Goldenisms that are in that book. What made me laugh was that she made undead so weak that if they clap their hands their arms will fall off, and if people hug them their entire bodies fall to pieces.

we had a lore arguement in another thread about worgen and night elves getting some sort of resolution and it got a little more heated than intended.
Now I…I feel terrible. Sometimes I don’t even know why I bother.

No. I want more content for the worgen. I want them to reclaim Gilneas. I’m just sick beyond death at every idea for fixing an Alliance race’s narrative to require damaging the entire Horde Faction narrative even further. This zero-sum game is beyond annoying, approaching white hot rage inducing, especially when you’re on the team everyone wants to take points from for their own benefit.
