Small suggestions for those planning to log in after the pre-patch goes live tomorrow.

  • Stay away from the main Barber Shops in Orgrimmar and Stormwind. Leave your characters logged out in more remote zones.
  • Take a screenshot of your characters if you want to preserve their current look. Chances are this won’t be needed but swapping to the new customization system could potentially scramble their existing appearance.

Sometimes it’s amusing how a song lines up with something. The Shadowlands cinematic starting playing when I started up the game and I was listening to the The Midnight Special and right when Sylvanas approached Bolvar fight him it had the lines “umbrella on her shoulder, piece of paper in her hand, she come to see the governor, she want to free her man.”
