I think the cost is nominal. If I understand the info that’s out so far, it’s the rep for the big lass who runs the new hive we need to be farming. Sounds like lots of wandering & murdering for us to get the fresh jelly that the fat pointy lass craves.
Depends. Can Horde look forward to it if they unlock it on their Alliance characters simillar to the Alliance getting the two Horde counterparts?

I believe you have to do the quests to get the bee pet first. Bumbles is his name. You farm for a drop and do daily quests for a week or so.

Just let the secrets Discord figure it out and then follow their step-by-step instructions when they release them.
The pet can be gotten now if it’s needed to start the new quests when they come out.

I would also like a direct answer, please. Can the Alliance bee mount be used on both Horde and Alliance once being earned by the Alliance character?

So its been revealed that the Horde can use the Bee mount now?
Wouldn’t matter since for those that do NOT have a horde character they forever cannot get Kuafon without spending time on a faction they dislike. Whats worse is really, its more than 1. Torcali and Kuafon both still HAVE to be obtained on Horde toons, while alliance is finally getting one.
It definitely matters.
The Horde variations are basically reskins of what we already had. Really…complaining about a direhorn mount?
Bee is completely unique.
Alliance has the opportunity to get the Horde ones, and then use them on their Alliance toon.
As of right now, there is no known opportunity for the Horde to ever use the Bee mount on a Horde toon.
Those are huge differences.

So do the mount achievements count unique mounts? Nope. So gives an unfair advantage to the horde just alone with mount farming/collecting. Also you wanna get into unique mounts and which faction have more?
What did Alliance get before the bee? Horses and Gryphons. Thats it. All recolors of those.
What did Horde get? Oh right, New hyenas, New blood tick that flies (you get 2 flying for that faction) and pterrodactyls (new skinned and all) so really, you are here complaining we get something shiny, just because you are bored with the new shiny things you already got.

I see we are full on talking about a different situation now. Gotta change that subject when its brought up you are comparing mount recolors of the Horde to a unique mount the Horde does not have access to…even if the player levels up an Alliance toon.

I’m gonna be straight, you’re arguing capability vs. inability.
The question you posed involving people on Alliance making a Horde character to get Kua’fon and Torcali is a question involving capabilitiy. They are fully capable of making a Horde toon and benefiting so long as they are willing to put forth the effort.
The question other people are asking about the bee mount is one of inability. Are we incapable of earning it on an Alliance character, and using it on Horde toons as well? If we are capable of doing so, then that’s wonderful. No harm no foul, who cares? But to make the bee mount Alliance only when both of ours can be used on both factions is kind of scummy.

Doesn’t matter though, any is still favortism is it not? Just like in Cata that you mentioned, Horde had 2 more until Blizz realized they messed up and gave us more lame horses for the worgen rep a year later on the sly without mentioning it. As far as Allianced based? They evened out that with your ravasaur, and now they went above it by giving you 2 already. We finally get one and instead of going “oh ok so this evens out thats fair” No you cry over:
- an uncomfirmed fact that horde can’t use it 2)
- That it is unique and you want it
- That because the horde extra mounts have existing skins in game they just shouldn’t count.
I get you want the mount, but as every single horde player that responds to the alliance complaining you get more mounts than us and that we have to play on that faction just to get them, the alliance is waiting on you. You want to use the bee mount even if it isn’t allowed to be used on the Horde faction. same response applies. If we have to waste our time playing a faction we do not like to get 2 mounts, it think its more than fair you have to deal with being on alliance to use the Bee. You really have to realize you are that kid that the parents have bent over backwards giving them all the toys they could want to make them happy, and then they give the other kid 1 toy, they throw the fit saying their toys aren’t good enough and want them to take that 1 toy from the other kid to give to them.

No. As you are showing, its only favoritism if it effects the Horde. Apparently any advantage the Alliance gets in anything should be ignored.

horde should have access to this mount.
the only mounts that shouldn’t be cross faction, so collectors of BOTH factions can get them, are class mounts. It’s fine if players have to gain the mount on a specific faction, but once gained, they should be able to use it on any character.
