I completed both the battlegrounds part of the quest 2/3, however I tried like 4-5 different PvP expeditions which did not count.
How many of these did you win? That’s the specific qualifier, unlike the other two, IIRC.

You need to “win” all 3 actually. The other two are just easier since you can solo queue.

I won all three, I’ve tried mythic and pvp island expeditions in the pvp tab. The battleground part completed, but the expedition part wont.
Yeah was just clarifying the incorrect information delivered by Ekon.

Is there anything that can be done to complete it, or just wait for it to be fixed?
Unfortunately it seems to be a noted error/issue/bug if you follow the linked blue post. Not much else you can do.
Got the quest done, it was people putting PvP as the group finder, but not queuing for the PvP expedition. Thanks for helping though guys.

This quest is still bugged ! I’ve completed it twice, dropped the quest, picked it up again, repeated. And still bugged! FiX IT!
For which part of it are you not receiving credit?

Then file a bug report. QA who handles bug reports does not take them from the Customer Support forum and the SFAs here are not liaisons with them.
“FIX IT” does not contain any useful information. You need to describe exactly what you did and what happened and what you expected to happen. Saying something is “still bugged” does not accurately describe what happened.

I am unable to hand quest in. The npc has the yellow question mark above his head. I have all requirements, but it doesn’t allow me to hand in.
There is currently an issue with receiving credit towards the quest, it is possible it may also reach as far as turning it in.
