It’s not a build that will be universally used because builds that use LB heavily suffer from horrible hard casts, and recent raid encounters are being made to deal with the situation with more movement. There are many ot는er issues, but until these are fixed, this talent will not be universally used.
In order to make this talent actually useful, devs need to bring back the moveable LB that used to be available.
