When you buy a tire with lifetime free rotation, the rotations are free even though you bought the tire.

Because I am intelligent and understand how promotional free items work. This is literally no different then a buy one get one free deal you find at stores. There is multiple deals you can find in the real world where it requires you to meet a perquisite to be eligible for the promotion. This doesn’t make the promotion null, the item is still free if you are eligible. Take my amazon account for example. I get free shipping because I pay for prime. A service I pay for because I regularly use amazon and enjoy the tv service that comes with it. The shipping is free only because I am eligible. It doesn’t mean it isn’t free. It just takes a normal standard of rational to get a grasp on how it works.
