Even more annoying when you buy the Collectors Edition for an expac that comes with a special mount and pet that was advertiased as being limited time only to obtain and then they turn around and put that stuff in the Blizzard store.
You wishing they were in-game rewards does not mean they were designed as such.

I used to give ActiBlizz the benefit of the doubt, but this latest mount has me convinced otherwise.

they do not increase your dps, improve your play
The favouritism towards BE is already crazy high, imagine if they actually got the wyrm with their heritage.
I was a little annoyed its so elven in the first place, should have changed the armour colours. Enough is enough, do other races.

It does shares the Wind Serpent skeleton frame, but the armor is Blood Elf design.
funny thing about the new mount is I log in yesterday and itâs there. Didnât have to swipe my credit card or anything. All I did was keep a sub in the game that I want to play 
I understand it makes best money cents sense to cater to the majority, I just miss when it was a little less obvious I suppose.

I donât think itâs that obvious or even true. Void elves really did have some ugly one dimensional customizations. Itâs not like they even created them they just recycled.
Other than that I mean they Donât even get focused on storywise at all.
Letâs assume this âtheoryâ of yours is indeed true and compare this flying wyrm to the alliance equivalent, a magma infused armored dark hound, which is a beast that cannot fly. Assuming your theory is true then perhaps they went with the hawkstrider instead so the horde didnât get a free first if itâs kind (we have no mana wyrm mounts aside from this) flying mount while the alliance got a semi unique ground mount using a similar model to the other dark hound mounts this expansion eh? But hey thatâs just a theory . . . A GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAME THEORY!!! thanks for watching.

I have a 6 month sub as well. I have no issue with there even being 6 month mount incentive. I do however have issue with just lazily taking mounts that were designed with other things in mind. Specially if the mount was designed for a specific races aesthetic that just happened to have a race specific quest line.

last I check blood elves class mount are hawk striders. That doesnât even look like a hawkstrider. Need to take that tin-foil hat of yours. Youâre brain isnât looking too good
