Store bought transmog items disappearing

So all of my store bought account bound transmog items keep disappearing. Is this a known issue? I find it very frustrating that the things I paid for have just up and vanished from my account for unknown reasons.

Yes its a known issue a quick search would reveal that and it would also tell you that they found the problem and now are trying to fix it the good news is u still have it it just has a annoying habbit of disapearing and reapearing.

So it’s been a while since I shared that the QA team had been able to identify the cause. I just wanted to offer an update - The code changes that are needed for this fix are under review. There are elements of the change that are part of the login flow for a character, so the team is being very careful about what they change and how thoroughly it gets tested. Thank you for the information. I was worried that the stuff was just gone and that I would be forced to repurchase everything.
