According to Blizzard no, but I have yet to hear of anyone being banned for it. People are selling MC loot for fixed prices as well now.

Man this thread really showcases just how rotten this playerbase has become…who in the hell would buy gear? That entirely takes the fun out of running dungeons/raids in the first place. If buying runs tp get certain items isnt bannable then it should be. This is just so grimy lol
