New notes, KC was changed for it seems just SV. Buffed from 63% to 72.5% It would seem that the base number was buffed ? It could not be the 15% buff as this is roughly 9% difference.
Guess we will have to see.

The bad thing about the msv buffs is that they are so minor it won’t matter. Surv needed at least a 30% overall buff to bring them off the bottom and land them in the bottom 1/2 of specs.
Plus, with blizz practicing their class instead of spec balance, msv numbers may go up, but mm and bm are not going to be touched bc the class average is going up.

I have played BM since the start and only Played MM for a short time in WOTLK. I don’t play FOTM just because it is top dps. I have always been able to play my BM spec competitively even if it wasn’t the top spec at that time.
What blizzard should do won’t SV hunter and design like the Amazon from diablo2. It was a very fun spec to play the talents it uses was amazing.
