You know you can still raid the previous content regardless if Sunwell were released today or next year right?
Sooner we get to Wrath the sooner we are playing the best game of the 3

Yes but once Sunwell is cleared players are going to drop off like flies from most servers. That and Blizzard most likely won’t stop at Sunwell and Wrath-C’s release will be accelerated as well so I’ll have even less time to experience TBC before it all becomes obsolete.
That’s a matter of opinion. Personally, I did Wrath to death while it was current and farmed the crud out of it for transmogs and the legendaries afterward so I honestly am not really looking forward to it.
That said, Blizzard will probably accelerate things even more for Wrath considering how fast players were clearing things back then when it was current. Just imagine how fast everything will be blown through now that there are no surprises and it’s all been solved over a decade ago.
I did all those as well and right now Im leveling every slot I have for characters for when Wrath releases. Vanilla and TBC were just a means to an end for me so i understand not all want Wrath right away but if it launched tomorrow id be happy
Who cares?
The content is an absolute joke. You could clear SWP in full kara gear from p1.
It literally doesnt matter. Just release SWP and get this awful expansion over with. TBC is worse than WOD dont @ me
I didnt play WOD…
Well you should, because even that terrible expansion is way better than TBCC is.
I’d be happy with Classic Cata tbh. Classic MoP would be pretty chill too.
Classic MOP would be fire
i must be the only one here who is just here for classic tbc and is not looking forward to wrath (mostly because i detest the look for tier sets and gear in general and i already raiding in wotlk) and is in a raiding guild that plans to move on to wrath.
SLOW DOWN. for those who just want wrath, think a little… if they keep up at the rate they’re going you wont even be able to play wrath for very long either. Please please stop releasing things so fast. It only makes the subs last longer if you wait! You want that right? Then heckin stop!
why exactly are you even playing?
Farm = fast, efficient, fun clear with an awesome pace, great focus, the opportunity to parse, understanding our pace and knowing exactly how many uses of CDs I can have on trash before we reach the next boss, knowing what the duration of the next encounter should be so that I can make optimal trinket choices, etc
Progression = doing my job correctly over and over again and still wiping because some other idiot screwed up
I’ll take farm over progression for sure
i find progression much more fun.
what is fun exactly about repeated wipes due to somebody else’s inability to understand and execute their very simple job?
because your having fun with friends.
that’s equally or even moreso true for farm raids… it’s fun for me and my friends to go in, set an aggressive pace, and see if we can get faster this week than we were the week before. it’s the most fun.
the pace of content releases means unless you have very good RNG you never get to enjoy using the best drops for farm raiding, let alone PvP or any of the other activities in the game that I’m participating in that the raid loggers ignore in their anachronistic quest to reinterpret this classic game with a hyperfocus on only 1% of its content lol.
my guild takes it slower and just progresses while having fun. we’re still on kael’thas/vashj,
meanwhile my guild has been killing illidan for over 2 months and still have seen 0 glaive drops.
i think it would be fun for TBC to last long enough to not only see some glaives drop for us but actually get to play with them for a bit (and not just in raids) before we are on to the next thing
3/4 months for a patch, it has been that way since classic release soo sry but not sry SWP will be here mid to late may
