Because unlike the Horde the Alliance has an amazing leadership that wants to defeat their enemy fully and does not back down midways.
My bias is for the Horde. And I will fight for it until I get it.

Jaina nuked Zuldazar and got away with it. Anduin ordered Zuldazar to be nuked and got away with it. Baine would never do that to any alliance city because he thinks they are his precious friends. Baine is a filthy lying traitor who should have been hanged at the last best opportunity to see the weakness purged from the mess that is the modern Horde.

Saurfang and Nathanos are dead. Sylvanas will follow and Gallywix is in exile. Essentially the whole pre patch 8.2.5 leadership is gone. What is that if not a huge victory for the alliance?
Fleet sunken. Bombed hole in the palace. King dead. Treasury plundered. The razing of Zuldazar was the single biggest victory in the whole war. That is part of the greater alliance bias.

Not a rebellion. A group of traitors who staged a coup. But that mistake can be fixes. Once the council is dead the true Horde can take control of the faction again.
It makes no difference. Stripping the Zandalari of everything what makes them cool is a wound which will never heal. They are a dead race now and the alliance is to blame for that.
I will stop when Blizzard stops being biased for the alliance in every aspect of the lore.
Now that is a funny word for stating the simple truth of how Blizzard writes the lore.
