Stoopzz has quit WoW

I gotta say, there is probably nobody more pretentious and annoying than the people that feel the need to say “Who?” each time they don’t know someone or pretend to not know someone when they could just do a 5 second google search.

Yet, it remains unchanged.

I almost want to go back to my original point about Stoopz not meaning a damned thing to the current Dev team, but I’ll avoid the wrath of his fan boys. Reminds me of when Antonio Brown threatened to quit the NFL over a helmet… and the league was like… and?

The game will continue to exist a month from now… a year from now. The next expansion will be as good as Ion allows it to be, and I promise you, Stoopz will not cross his mind… once.

Take care, folks.

He was a good content creator. This sucks

And deny themselves the chance to huff their own farts? Perish the thought!

Which is why wow streamers play WoW, right? Because WoW is the most popular game on the market and playing WoW is a great way to capture the majority of the Twitch viewership population, right? Ffs.

Which is why they will come back too the ones that are supposedly quitting WoW.

Okay you clearly don’t understand.

WoW content creators would not stream WoW content if their interest was solely in money.

If money was the primary drive, they’d stream the fotm games. Wow hasn’t been at the top of the charts since MoP. If money is indeed the concern, they’d quit wow and play another game. They’d never return.

No, you clearly don’t understand. I never said their sole interest is in money, but it is a big priority for them.

There are also more factors than just what game “might” bring the most cash.

You’re talking to kids that probably work at Walmart man. Don’t even attempt to explain the benefits of free advertising through the most popular platforms in our time.

You are dictating their future behavior because you’re assuming they follow their wallet. Those are your words.

You’re now arguing semantics, and I’m very bored with you.

Most WoW streamers have played this game for over a decade. If they’re quitting, it’s not because they’re following their wallets. They’re doing it because they hate the current state of the game, and they don’t want that disappointment to bleed into the content they create. I can relate, at least as far as the disappointment is concerned.

If you don’t know, don’t worry about it

Who cares?

Yes, cash is a priority for them, but it isn’t their sole priority!

Crazy, people who work for a living care about income.

I never could get into him.

Does it matter if streamers are leaving? They do not aid in my decision making if I play a game or not.

Wow is awful rn, I will say that.

I keep calling them canaries in a coalmine.

If people who make a living off of playing your game are willingly stepping away, it should be alarm bells going off.

I can see that

Shocking huh?

People seriously underestimate the egos of the current Dev team.

They expect us to believe that Stoopz feedback has been so valuable to the game - yet, we’re currently sitting on the worst expansion to date. So, either his feedback is awful, or the Dev team simply doesn’t value his opinion the way a few people in here want us to believe. I’ve heard some of his feedback, and I agree with a lot of it - but every single thing I have heard, has not been implemented into the game (as of yet.) So, that leads me to believe the current Dev team simply does not value, nor do they care about Stoopz… or him quitting the game. I am telling you - not one person on the team will lose sleep over this.

This a Dev team who has been rumored to have bashed a streamer who pulls in like 50k viewers. If they don’t care about that streamer, and those viewers - you expect us to believe they value Stoopz? Enough is enough. This game is on the shoulders of Ion, and his team. If it continues to decline, or improves - it’ll be up to him. No streamer is fixing this, whether they stay or go. I honestly believe Stoopz is quitting, because he knows they don’t value what he says or does - and that’s a hit to any mans ego.
