Okay so I made a post about the ticketing system which I guess ended up with some controversy got locked out but I was asked some questions to get help by a member of blizzard customer support. I still had unanswered questions and need help, would really appreciate it because I still need help.
It might be beneficial to include what question(s) you still have. Having looked back at your other thread, I’m not exactly seeing what questions weren’t answered.

Okay so I just got Shadowlands for my friend today and it says he is not eligible for Chromie’s Call quest
Found this in five minutes on Google. That really wouldn’t be something that a GM would be able to assist with, it is considered an in game hint:

My mates couldn’t either. If you finished the tutorial and accepted the quest to begin BFA (you will be visiting the city), you need to follow the quest until arriving to your BFA main city then tp back to Stormwind/Orgrimmar and you will be able to talk to Chromie

Just reminds me to not ask these forums for help. He didnt have the issue of not being able to turn it in, it just says he isnt even eligible. Also dont worry your solution led me nowhere, had to actually look it up differently to find it lol.
Yes. Account- or payment-related support primarily for players to help other players. What you’re asking for is technically a game hint which is never guaranteed (and further, expressly forbidden if inquired via the Support link) and only given of an SFA’s or player’s whim.
And yet my answer was actually completely correct and exactly what these forums are for. It isn’t to talk to only Blizzard, while there are support forum agents that do post here and are able to at times direct players to an answer, it is very much never guaranteed that you will get a Blue post. This forum is not staffed 24/7 and it isn’t a contact point for direct access to Blizzard GMs.
It says that the person couldn’t turn in the quest and the answer told them how to get Chromie to talk to them to turn in the quest, it is the exact same answer to the issue that your friend was having; in order to pick up the quest they would need to be able to talk to Chromie… The person answering explains how to do that. However as right as my answer was, and yes you are very welcome for the help, it isn’t something that the GMs are there for. It is very much a game hint, you are expected to figure it out on your own. Again GMs are not Nintendo Power Helpers, they aren’t there to help you figure out how to do things or where you are supposed to go for a quest.
Glad the forum was able to do it’s job and get you pointed in the right direction though.
