Until just a couple of months ago I kept a dedicated, prime spot keybind for polymorph, despite not having used it much for many years.

It still has a keybind. Just not shift+f. There are more important things.

I still have to force myself to actually use cooldowns sometimes because a part of me is still living when they were all 30-60 minutes long.

i am actually a worse player than i was when i started
back then i formed world quest and dungeon groups and interacted with strangers to make friendships and had more fun. and took the game very seriously. but i guess that leads to burnout.

Ah, I call this the post daily tour.

After I’ve finished my wqs or dailies, If I’m not careful I’ll go get lost. Just spend hours walking around and exploring. I alt z, get off my mount, and walk. It’s slow. But you see every bush that’s been placed, every painted stone. It’s like looking at the threads on a blanket or a pair of pants. I just can’t look away.

Definitely not 20 years but I didn’t think I’d still be killing people with the Ancient Dalaran Portal from WoTLk 16 years later.

Forgetting the mount I’m on is a ground mount and doesn’t fly…
