Same issue. Freeing the forgehands causes her to disappear. Currently waiting, relogging, trying to zone in and out of Bastion. No such luck.

Looking for a hotfix before end of week!

Same exact issue. I turn in a quest to the first feather dude and when I go to click the other one to accept this Stewards of a Feather quest the NPC disappears. Tried logging out and back in and nothing. I guess I’ll just wait

I had the same problem, heard the fix was exiting the game and opening it back up so I tried that 3 times and no npc still. Just stood there for a minute to search an answer to my problem and he showed up, just wait a minute or two and he’ll show up eventually.

after getting past the first “not spawned bug” i found that the quest takes you through parts where the npcs are involved. probably the npc u want is busy with someone further along in the quest
kinda like npc is missing for escort quest when actively being escorted.

Same for my monk on Hakkar. It’s on the map but not offered by anyone. Even tried summoning my steward (because of its name) but
nope.

I am experiencing the same issue. The NPC to hand in the quest isn’t there.

Same issue. No NPC to turn quest into.

Quick fix: Walk up the stairs behind you (if you’re looking at him or where he’s supposed to be) and come back, he will be there instantly.

I waited 10 minutes and he never showed up, but walking up the stairs and back fixed it for me.
