Logged in today and status text wasn’t showing on my own nameplate. Tried setting in interface again and reloading, nothing I do will get it to show up on my own nameplate, but it’s working for enemies. Something is broken.

Here to add I immediately noticed this VERY unwelcome change and I sure hope it’s a bug!! Several others are unhappy about it according to the in-game chat channels.
Edited to add… My character showing for the forums has also been changed, not by me, and I cannot find the setting to choose who I wish to post on, can someone please give instructions?
It’s definitely a bug. Curious is it’s the same on retail.
Same problem! I checked different toons, disabled all addons, tried everything I can think of. Anyone other than myself shows up properly (NPCs, mobs, other players).

Yeah, it’s definitely on Blizz’s end. Kind of annoying. Hopefully they can get it fixed without a server reset

Ran BH as a tank and noticed right away that I couldn’t see my own status texts either. I recall this happening either from retail or some patch in wrath classic.
text on my player frame only is broken as well. Had a guildie who said they were logged in and didn’t even relog just sitting in stormwind and it disappeared lol
Yeah i just checked on all my characters on different servers. It does seem to be a bug and hopefully blizzard sees this or takes notice.
Same here. I disabled all addons and I still don’t see my health or mana…

/run SetTextStatusBarText(PlayerFrameManaBar, PlayerFrameManaBarText) SetTextStatusBarText(PlayerFrameHealthBar, PlayerFrameHealthBarText)

oh is that what happened? i got on and ran Baradin Hold and didn’t notice it until i was already in a raid group so i thought it was just some raid frames setting i didn’t change

Yea same thought was something on my end but seems like it’s everyone. Pretty annoying. Maybe they should of kept servers down for 5 hours.

I got a small patch, but it did not fix this issue.
