Stat priority haste vs versatility

What would the number one stat be for pvp for assassination? I was originally stacking haste with the talent, marked for death. Was doing decent damage.

But recently changed it to vigor for that extra energy and regeneration. But I also started gemming and enchanting for versatility. I started doing slightly more damage.

What’s the better stat to stack? Verse or haste? Everywhere I read says its haste haste haste. But versatility is proving itself worthy. Halp pls

atm I personally go for haste>vers=mastery

i like vers especially when I know I am going to be trained to the dirt

I stat prio like Thelle on assa but I would stay marked for death in pvp 100%.

Haste 100% and then vers/ mastery. Overwhelming power trait too.

How can you possibly be going for any specific stats when gear is random and half of the pieces don’t give you a choice?

Haste when you can though.

Because you can target traits from doing M+ and getting TR from scrapping.(TR vendor.)

Sadly to get the BIS gear now for a lot of specs you ha EA to PvE and PvP. That goes both ways.

And no that’s not enjoyable.

You really can’t unless you just do all content (Heroic/Mythic raid, M10+, PvP, Scenarios, World Quests, etc.) all on 1 character and still get lucky with drops and eventually get the gear with the stats you want. Yes some people actually do this all on 1 character and don’t go insane. No idea how but I’ve seen it. For most of us trying to go for certain stats is impossible minus some gem slots here and there and the 3 enchants we can do in BfA.

As someone who gets to play short sessions to catch the CoA Emissary a couple of times a week and one longer session for Arena weekly I guess that means I’m SOL since I won’t ever have time to do all of that nonsense.
