This thread isn’t me asking for help, it’s asking if anyone has had this same problem. If this is a common problem, I’d like to raise awareness to it and have it be seen by more people, to hopefully address a potential fix. This thread has been linked in another thread, where someone is having this same issue. This thread continues to serve its purpose, which it would barely do if posted in the CS forums.
The only people that can help me with this are Blizzard GMs, which I will hopefully be in contact with soon, as I have opened a ticket almost 2 hours ago.
I understand that. But you got all “nervous” about it and still don’t have your gold.
Thus why help was suggested.

I bought one yesterday and they always showed up in my bag greyed out.
I never had a wow token show up via mail unless I go to the AH and buy it there.

For one, Tokens are not mailed, they drop in your bag once the transaction is complete. Second, Accounting – there is a transactional history of tokens purchased.

This is for buying tokens with gold off of the AH. They are indeed mailed like any other auction.

This is better than watching some of the newer cartoons.
Heres the short version…
Players are buying tokens from the AH for gold so they can spend them on game time or store credit.
The AH is taking their gold, but not sending them the tokens.

So what you’re saying is, they’re buying them off the shop and trying to sell them for gold? Have they tried reading support articles?

yea, but they mailed them to alts on other servers first trying to get a better price, so maybe that had something to do with it.
Prolly should have posted theirs for 1 copper less than everyone else on their main server to avoid all of this.

I dunno. Try turning it off and back on again. That usually fixes any issue.

I checked my mage tonight ( where I keep my gold so i dont spend it all on a whim on my main) and finally got my tokens! Hopefully you got yours too

Yep! Got them a couple of days ago! I edited the OP to update and to showcase the GM who helped me. They were really nice.
