It’s been about 12 hours now and still no tokens. What irritates me is that the AH had no problem taking my 500k gold, but it does have a problem giving me what I paid for. I opened a ticket but…
Has me worried.
People can go ahead and stop posting links to Blizzard support articles. I have read everything.
That is worrisome, I don’t blame you. I just bought one maybe day before yesterday and it was immediately there. I’ve been buying them off the AH for years now, and I definitely can’t recall it ever taking that long (hours).
This may seem silly, but did you make sure to page all the way back to the beginning in your mailbox? My auctioneer is the same as the one I buy tokens with, so sometimes I check my mail and have pages of auctions completed, and then go buy a token, and come back and I don’t see the token because my mailbox is still on like page 5 (even though there’s only 1 thing remaining in my inbox)

I didn’t have any mail whatsoever last night. I’m used to the mailbox glitching out and having to press “open all” to loot mail that isn’t even showing up. Even doing that, it gives nothing. I have no mail icon on my character, like when you normally have mail. No mail at all.
This morning, when I logged on, I had the mail icon on my character. So I figured the tokens got delivered. I checked my mail, it wasn’t the tokens, one of my BoE mogs sold. So I could easily see I had one mail delivery, the 200 something gold I got from selling that BoE, no other mail. Still no tokens.
Even though logically, I knew it would do no good, I still clicked “open all” again, about 3 times, just in case. Still no tokens. They haven’t been mailed to me at all.
Damn, ok, I was hoping for your sake maybe it was just something small like that. That’s the only oddity I’ve encountered when it comes to getting tokens in the mail.

As dumb as I would feel, that would be acceptable. 
Just to test, I bought a WoW token with gold just now. The AH let me, and took gold (~245k) but did not immediately send me the in-game mail, like normal.
So, I remember they added some new restrictions to WoW tokens recently, this…
“Players will no longer be allowed to purchase a WoW Token from the Auction House or the in-game Shop for gold if they have not spent real money to purchase and consume at least 30 days of game time (a “Time Limited License”) since 2017.”
I dunno if I can post links, but…
Maybe this is what is going on? 'cause I have paid solely with gold since the WoW token came out in I think 2015
Although… I’d think I would have been blocked by the AH from purchasing if this restriction was the reason why.
I wasn’t blocked by AH, and see my guy has ~245k less gold, but no mail as of yet.
Unsure.

I spent real money and signed up for a 6 month sub last Christmas, so last month.
No, but I opened a ticket. I’ll post there if prompted to by Blizz. I’m not expecting anyone here to fix my problem. If anyone here actually read my post, they’d see that the only reason I posted was to ask if other people have had this issue before.

Read thread and idk if this is weird but whenever I buy a token with credit card it just appears in my bag, not mail. Just a thought.
The OP was buying with gold in game. Those get mailed to you.

Yeah, a bunch of us misunderstood what was going on, including me. I couldn’t tell from the OP and others started saying it was buying with a card so the miscommunication kept going.

I cannot imagine how so many people in here missed that many context clues, unless you all just didn’t read the thread at all.

CS is not useless. Vrak and Orlyia can even at times go into the game and help.
