So after server reset, I went online for a bit to check how the issue is going on. For the 1st 5min it was fine, however, the ping suddenly spiked to 5k ping. Below the the WinMTR statistic during the occurrence.

Extremely high ping in open world and in instances (raid,dungeons). Impossible to do any contents. Happening to most Singapore players using different ISP…
It was previously affecting starhub user about a month ago and its been happening frequently. Now looks like alot of people are getting affected even from different providers. DOnt understand why this damn game doesnt do anything about it but charges us every month.
Just a bit of an update on this. We’re going to need some additional info to send up to our networking team. If possible, please gather the following in and email it over to techinfo@blizzard.com with the following in the subject line “Singapore Latency Issues - {BattleTag}” in the subject.
A WinMTR test ran for about 10 minutes while you’re having issues in-game. We’ll use 103.4.115.248 for the IP address
What ISP are you on?
What realm are you on?
What are you all seeing in terms of world and home latency compared to what you’re used to?
Does this occur in the open world or in instanced zones such as dungeons\reaids? Or does this occur in both?

OMFG… and I thought I was the only one. SingTel user. Was about to go crazy with all these crazy 5 digit world ms. The game is literally unplayable for me, it disconnects several times in a day and with such high latency, sometimes I am forced to close the game, only to return back with a black screen on the character selection page. This is honestly so frustrating for me. UGHHHHHHHHH
Seriously. What the HELL is wrong with blizzard? the game is bloody unplayable with all the lag spikes! Bloody waste of time just WAITING for my toon to start moving. Why the heck are we paying subscription for? Raid was a total bust due to HALF the team lagging!! FIX IT!!
Whatever is causing this lag is definitely an issue with Oceanic servers. I can play on Moonguard with no noticable spikes and yet on Saurfang, the World delay is literally on unplayable level
Singapore player here too from Thaurissan using Starhub. I thought i was the only one having this latency issue a few days ago. Then so many people from my guild started having this problem too. Cant’t run raids or m+. Even doing WQ was impossible sometimes.
The game is completely unplayable since the past 3 days. Was hoping the tue maintenance would solve it but its even worst. Now can’t even log in. The character screen only has UI buttons and a black screen and takes a crazy long time to just load my char. Please solve asap. We are paying subs.
I hope people manage to capture WinMTR and send email to support as per instructions.
For me, running WinMTR for 10 mins seem to dilute the problem. When lag happens, I started WinMTR, the packet loss could go as high as 20% for the first minute. However, running it 10 mins seems to lower the loss to 2%, which probably may seem not so epic. But really, when the lag happens, it is not playable at all.
I do hope to capture the WinMTR again.
So I just did another WinMTR as my game is lagging hard now. It seems like the problem became worst after 1 night. I am reaching a netloss % of 9 to 10.

Game is still unplayable ): Can’t even do islands and getting deserter buff cause got kicked ): Black screen of death at character selection. Login problems due to loading screen stuck after getting out of an instance or after logging back in.
The lag is unreal. Its so bad, that its unplayable for almost a week,
Looks like im not getting the love rocket now
Please help to fix it soon, paid sub to wow, least we can get is a quick fix to the issue
