Do you still have the talent chosen for it?
I see two of the trees on WoWhead don’t have it chosen, if you copied one of those builds.

Check that you haven’t delinked your talent tree. This happened to me the other day.

Had to untalent , log out re talent it worked.

Mine was due to a break like it just greyed it out slightly. Glad its fixed
