Worked perfectly. Thanks very much. Is it too hard to change same line in actionbars code? I saw same issue on default blizz actionbars. Clicking on panel works same as “AnyUp” on raidframes.
How do I fix this without using your addon? I don’t need / want any of the other portions. Can I just copy the line and add it to a separate lua file?

Not really. You would need a bunch of boilerplate code to get to the point that you could set the fix on every frame. My addon was just a very convenient place for me to place the fix since I had already written all that boilerplate code.
