I get them mixed up too, more relatable
I think you meant this post for another poster?
Just because their society has airships, doesn’t necessarily mean they’re smart lol.
Well, in terms of geology.
The fact they made this mistake is funny though, the Arathi are human (and elf) after all.
So what was moving up there? Color me intrigued.
Stalactites hold tight to the ceiling, stalagmites might get there.
So, there are a lot of little things that indicate to me that Blizz hires not only people who lack knowledge, but people who don’t know they lack knowledge.
You might say, oh, it’s a minor thing. But the right kind of person who doesn’t know what a stalagmite is, checks first. So if this makes it to live, it’s an indication of people who are both ignorant and confident.
It actually explains a lot.
I never could get it to shut up… okay who made the tailfeather sentient and talking??
Like most things that are excessively good at talking, it is not sentient. It does what it does out of instinct, doesn’t think about what it says, and always knows that no matter what garbage it can come up with, it can steer the conversation in a way that makes you look like the bad guy for correcting it.
This one bothered me until I realized that you could have a ledge above you with stalagmites on it as well.
I mean, when it comes to words it isn’t their strong suit. Look at the icon for the finishing move, eviscerate. It sounds neat but I don’t think the bowels are in the neck… a lot of times you have to realize most of the word usage is to sound cool rather than make sense.
That’s true for real caves too though, lol.
In-game is never correct.
