How do i message my friends on my btag ? I know I’ve been a meanie to rando scrubs, but why can’t i talk to my friends list ?
Social punishments are account-wide with some exceptions outlined above.
You are limited to messaging your friends via in-game whispers for the duration.

If we’re talking PvP, the fastest way to get your team to NOT do the things you want is to insult them.
