My 6-month sub renewed on January 7th and I haven’t received Squeakers yet. I have been checking wow updates and the forums periodically and last I heard they thought it would be delivered by January 28th if someone had not yet received it. Any news or anyone else in the same situation?
Did you cancel the sub before the promo started?

And there’s nothing showing up if you click your name in the upper-right corner and go to My Gifts?
It appeared initially as a gift in bnet. Tried to accept and it disappeared. Then read that EU pick theirs up from “My Gift” whereas for NA it shows up in-game gift-wrapped. Definitely did not delete or fail to accept. Hubby got the “My Gift” notification which he did not try and click on and it showed up in-game which was able to unwrap. He renews a few days after me.
NA also was mentioned to pick it up in gifts, that’s where I grabbed mine. They just had the extra benefit of it also just appearing in your mount collection.
If it isn’t there, then you’ll want to put in a ticket.
It looks like the gift is still there and unclaimed Megameg. Try visiting the Gifts page to pick it up:
I just put in a ticket for this and saw the forum post in the help window. I haven’t gotten mine yet either and it isn’t in the gifts, nor is it in my mount menu.
Try resetting your filters, as your armory does show it is in your collection.
OMG, that was it. Only filter not ticked was In-Game Shop. Ticked it and there it is, right at the top of my mount list. I don’t even know the last time I looked at any of that stuff, so did not even think about it at all.
I have an open ticket but I’ve decided this battle isn’t worth fighting for.
The GM says my account was cancelled and says the purchase date in the history isn’t correct…I never cancelled and the records on my account and credit statement match, but I’m wrong… Lol.

Understand Jozin that they have to go by what their records show. For example, I could be paying for my wife’s account and it wouldn’t look any different on my statement than if it were a payment for my own account.
What does your transaction history show for your account? When was your subscription last charged? Note, this is different than if you buy a block of game time as only the subscription model qualifies for the promotion.
Sub automatically renewed for another 6 months on Dec 29. They say I cancelled the same day it was renewed… My account is active but interestingly I’m being prompted to add a sub… Regardless, I didn’t cancel nor do I have an email confirming a cancel. I didn’t get a notification from the authenticator (acct not comprised), so it’s something else. At the end if the day it’s not a huge deal. TY.
If you click Mange next to your WoW account here, does it say that there’s an active sub or does it just give you an expiration date?
This tends to mean that you have an active subscription window, but it isn’t set up to recur when it expires.
Though that could be from manual cancellation or outdated card information or a handful of other possibilities, it just needs to be set back up.
You’re 100% correct. What I can’t discern is who cancelled. The easy answer is I cancelled in my sleep… Lol
Expiration date of June 29 2020. If I click manage, I’m prompted to add a sub. So it’s cancelled, but by who… I’m just going with, ‘I did it in my sleep’… Lol
