The Squeakers Mount is showing up in my unclaimed Gifts. But when I go to claim it, I do not have an option for US region – only EU, KR, and TW are listed?

Have you tried logging completely out of the App and back in?
I have a gift in my app for it as well, which can only be redeemed in non-NA regions, however, I also received the mount in-game via the collections tab, so make sure to check in-game and see if it’s already there.

I am having same issue… I haven’t picked it up because I have to choose Europe, Korea or Taiwan. Reloaded game and did scan repair… still same choices. will check in game now …
It was sitting on mounts list as unwrapped. Got it now.

Thanks, all! Strange about the gift redemption bug. Good to see the mount was already in my collection though.
it was in my mounts before I completed the claim. Thanks for this post! I didn’t even think to look there.
