Just want to join the thousands of others also having this issue. I have only Spriggan Snares quest and cannot turn it in.
Just to let you guys know, I disabled all of my addons and Qadarin appeared. I put in a ticket and this was one of the things they suggested to do…it works!
MONTHS?! Now I feel like mine will be bugged forever.
Try going into warmode and then returning!!! THIS JUST WORKED FOR ME.
