What if the Worgen curse were spread to other races? What if it had different effects based on the race it infects? Normally Azerothian races turn into Wolf men, but Orcs and Draenei are technically alien races, what if Orcs turned into Pig men and Draenei turned into Goat uh… more Goaty men!

Worgen are Worg people.
Gnomes are to Humans as Corgis are to Worgs.
As such, a Gnome afflicted by the Worgen curse would turn into a Corgi person.

The Worgen curse hails from the wolf god Goldrinn, which the Orcs of Draenor recognize as their same wolf god from Draenor, Lo’gosh. If Orcs could become infected, they too would become wolfmen.
