A new part of the covenant campaign is out and it’s interesting to see the direction the took with our dear old Kael.

I’m glad Kael’thas wanted to go after Kel’thuzad. Also this seems like pretty good development. It’s slow, but it needs to be.
Still hoping Garithos ends up in Revendreth and Kael’thas gets to partake in, ‘saving,’ him.

Nice so it looks like my earlier prediction may end up right
Prince Renathal becomes Sire Renathal via this Crown of Harvesters, Kael may become a Harvester via the Medallion of Dominion which would make him Prince Kael’thas once more.
Also Blood Phoenix when?

I don’t see why a standard fire phoenix isn’t plausible. He continues to make references to burning things, so it’s not as if he’s lost the ability to wield his fire magic.
Yeah but look at Kael using blood magic in the wowhead screenshots.
Also venthyr anima can be used to make “fire” in the Endmire.
I’m curious to see how things with The Accuser and Kael’thas will develop. I’m expecting more snark from Kael’thas considering this line.

It looks cool, but minor nitpick but that part where it’s talking about Kael’s jealousy should have had Arthas and Jaina chatting instead of two generic belves. Since he had a crush on Jaina.

So the Revendreth covenant has Kael, AND Kel’thuzad? Geez, talk about a stacked deck. Definitely going to inspire a lot of nostalgia to back when “WoW was good”.
Oh, did anyone else notice that Kael still has “Lord of the Blood Elves” as his title? I’d think it’d have changed to “Betrayer of the Blood Elves” or something considering his whole arc here is atoning his for sins. It’s certainly got some curious implications on how he regards himself at the very least. I hope we get to keep him and bring him back to Azeroth with us.

you have to identify which was the sin that led kael to betray his people: it wasn’t jealousy or greed, kael’s sin was arrogance. in the same way kael did not serve the lich king or the old gods who also appear he served the legion and that is another sin

Since he was Prince and presumed King? of the Blood Elves, you were actually in fact the betrayer of the Blood Elves by killing Kael no matter his insane methods.
